Rick Lentz has been promoted to executive vice president of Worcester construction management and design-build firm Cutler Assoc.

As part of the executive management team, Lentz will be responsible for overseeing all corporate strategic initiatives with a focus on company-wide marketing and business development.

Lentz began his tenure with Cutler Assoc. in 2003 as the Florida regional vice president, leading the Tampa office to completing more than $200 million in construction work in the last eight years. In his new role, he will lead the company’s sales and marketing efforts across all of its markets including New England, the Mid-Atlantic and the Southeast. 

"Rick’s industry knowledge, leadership skills, and recent success in developing Cutler’s Florida region has greatly contributed to our success and will continue to help us expand our presence from Maine to Key West as we approach our 40th year of construction services," said Ed O’Brien, president of Cutler Assoc.
