CVS Pharmacy Inc. has purchased two parcels of land abutting its Main Street Location in Waltham.
The two parcels, 808 Main St. and 21 Russell St., currently house an office building and a parking lot. CVS Pharmacy purchased the parcels from Altostratus Holdings LLC for $1.15 million and will use the land for future development.
Mike Jacobs, principal of Glickman Kovago & Co. in Worcester, represented all parties in the transaction.
