CVS Pharmacy has leased 99,553 square feet of land at 246 Mill St. in Leominster from owner 246 Mill St., LLC.
The site was formerly home to Border Grill and Bar, and is situated across from the Mall at Whitney Field and Market Basket Supermarket.
