Commissioner of the Massachusetts Division of Banks David J. Cotney has been elected chairman of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) board of directors.
Other newly installed officers on the CSBS Executive Committee are as follows:
- Vice Chairman: Lauren Kingry, superintendent, Arizona Department of Financial Institutions
- Treasurer: Charles J. Dolezal, superintendent, Ohio Division of Financial Institutions
- Secretary: Albert L. Forkner, state banking commissioner, Wyoming Division of Banking
- Immediate Past Chairman: Candace A. Franks, commissioner, Arkansas State Bank Department
Additionally, Robert Donovan, deputy superintendent of banks, New York State Department of Financial Services, was named Foreign Bank Regulatory Committee Chairman of the CSBS board of directors, and Glenn Perlow, bank commissioner, New Hampshire State Banking Department, will serve as the CSBS District I representative.
The announcements follow the CSBS Annual Membership Meeting, held in conjunction with the CSBS State-Federal Supervisory Forum held in San Francisco, Calif.
