Private equity firm GI Partners has acquired 850 Winter St. in Waltham for $72.8 million from Davis Marcus.
The 180,039-square-foot building in the Reservoir Woods office park is 100 percent leased. Designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, the building contains dual lobbies, 60,000-square-foot floor plates and seven-foot window lines.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Griffin, Edward Maher and Matt Pullen oversaw the transaction on behalf of the seller, a joint venture of the Davis Cos. and Marcus Partners of Boston.
