Richard R. Davis has been named CFA as senior vice president of sales and consultant relations of Rampart Investment Management, an asset management firm specializing in option strategies.
Davis brings more than 15 years of sales and research experience in the financial services industry to Boston-based Rampart Investment. As the senior vice president of sales and consultant relations, Davis will spearhead the company’s business development program, focusing on institutional and high net worth investors.
He will also focus on building and enhancing Rampart’s relationship with consultants and partners, and educating them on the benefits of Rampart’s options programs.

Prior to joining Rampart, Davis served as the head of consultant relations at Natixis in Boston. Davis has also held positions at Geode Capital Management, The Colony Group, David L. Babson & Co., and Standish, Ayer & Wood, all in Boston.
A Wellesley resident, Davis received a MBA in accounting and finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s in economics at Hamilton College.
