James L. Elcock has been elected trustee at the annual meeting of the corporation of the Dedham Institution for Savings.

Elcock, of Westwood, is an executive vice president, managing partner and member of the executive committee of Colliers International’s Boston office. He joined the Brokerage team at Colliers in 1984. Over the past 27 years, Elcock has concentrated his leasing and investment sale activities in the Greater Boston Metropolitan area and he is also co-head of the firm’s suburban group.
