Resin Designs LLC, which designs, develops and manufactures adhesives and films, will relocate its corporate headquarters to Woburn.

The company leased 25,200 square feet of Class A R&D/flex space at 11 State St. in Woburn from Woburn State Development LLC. Resin Designs was previously located at 31 Dunham Road in Billerica.

Grubb & Ellis’ Paul Delaney, senior associate of the office group, facilitated the transaction on behalf of Resin Designs. NAI Hunnerman represented the landlord.

"This move represents a unique opportunity for Resin Designs to gain the image, layout and infrastructure they were looking for right in the heart of Woburn," said Delaney. "The company will benefit from a brand-new turnkey build out provided by the landlord, designed to promote efficiency and to support the company’s growth."
