Development firm Global Novations has leased 20,000 square feet at 200 West St. in Waltham, a move that will relocate the company’s headquarters from Brighton Landing.
Global Novations signed a seven-year lease agreement and expects to open its new office in June, according to a statement.
"We are confident that 200 West St. will satisfy both our current and future needs as we continue to grow our company," said Charles Vrtis, director, human resources and administration for Global Novations.
Boston-based FHO Partners’ Partner John Boyle, Senior Vice President Ted Lyon and Associate Ryan Romano represented Global Novations in the lease transaction. The landlord, Boston Properties, was represented internally by Vice President Jason Fivek and Leasing Representative Austin Barrett.
