The Barbarian Group, a New York-based digital services firm with offices in Boston and San Francisco, has leased 4,656 square feet on the second floor of 129 South St. in Boston, bringing the building to full occupancy.

Stephanie T. Richard, an associate at Lincoln Property Co., and Senior Vice President Michael S. Edward, represented the landlord, Winhall Cos. CRESA Partners’ James M. Topper, a principal, and Brandon Leitner, an advisor, represented the Barbarian Group.

"We welcome the Barbarian Group as the newest tenant in the building," said Richard. "The strategic location of 129 South St., which is near South Station, has attracted a number of small to mid-sized tenants in recent months. We’re very pleased that the building is fully leased."
