Michael J. Dirrane has been reappointed by Gov. Deval Patrick to a new seven-year term on the MassHousing board of directors.
Dirrane, the longest-serving board member in MassHousing’s 44-year history, was first named to the board in 1993 and currently serves as vice chairman, according to a statement.
"It is a great honor and privilege to be selected by Gov. Patrick to continue to serve on the board of this dynamic, well-regarded housing finance agency," said Dirrane. "I look forward to continuing to work with the other board members and the staff to deliver much-needed affordable housing resources to the people of Massachusetts."
Dirrane is the executive vice president at PHH Mortgage.
