Distinctive Apparel Inc. has leased 26,500 square feet on two floors at 42 Thomas Patten Drive in Randolph.

The wholesale clothing distributor will establish its corporate offices in the 44,000 square foot building.

Acquired this spring, the new owners made renovations to the interior and exterior of the three-story office building and expect that the building’s remaining 16,500 square feet will be leased by the end of the year, according to a statement.

The leasing team of Bob Conrad and Paul McCourt of The Conrad Group represented the landlord while Sean Lynch of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Distinctive Apparel.

Occupancy is expected in October.
