Newton-based construction consulting company Diversified Project Management (DPM) has added three new members to its project management team.
Peter Cullinan has joined DPM as senior project manager. Cullinan, who has more than 30 years of experience in the management of construction projects, previously served as construction manager for Arista Development where he managed the design and construction of 11 Walgreen’s Pharmacies requiring special permits, zoning variances and design review of committee approvals.
Tracey Jabs has been hired as project manager and brings more than 10 years of experience in architecture, interior design, contract furniture, and project management with a heavy emphasis on corporate settings to the firm. Prior to joining DPM, she worked closely with the facilities and construction team on multiple renovation projects at The Stanley Works in Connecticut.
Lauren Hoehne, a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a degree in construction management, has been hired as an assistant project manager. She has more than five years of experience in field and office construction project engineering and project management coordination, contract development and scheduling. Her prior experience includes project engineer positions at C.E. Floyd Co. and Gilbane Building Co. and she also served as an intern architect at L’Arc Architects.
