Dover Rug & Home will open a store in The Clarendon luxury apartment high rise in Boston’s Back Bay.
The Natick-based home furnishing retailer will occupy the 2,400-square-foot ground-floor space at 390 Stuart St. in July.
"Everyone here at Dover is very excited for this next step and most particularly to be part of Boston’s vibrant home design community," Mahmud Jafri, Dover Rug & Home’s CEO, said in a statement.
The 33-story Clarendon tower features 103 condominiums designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects of New York. The property sold out in mid-2013.
Sam Hawkey, a partner at Boston Urban Partners LLC, represented Clarendon developer Related Beal in the transaction.
