A buyer associated with Dover Eyes, an optometry practice, recently purchased a downtown Dover office condo for $455,000, and the company plans to move its practice to the location.

Dover Eyes will join existing tenant Zoots Corp. – a dry cleaner – in Building Two of the Springdale Green Condominium, which was sold by the Sarni Nominee Trust. The condo building consists of 1,160 square feet of office and retail space.

The sale was brokered by John M. Hughes IV of New Dover Associates Inc. of Framingham.
