Downtown Salem Condo Developers Open Sales Gallery

A condo project that replaced a former district courthouse in downtown Salem has opened a sales gallery to market 61 units ranging from the $400,000’s to over $1 million.

Charlesgate Realty Group and MerryFox Realty are the sales and marketing agents for the BRIX condominiums, and are offering appointment-only visits of the gallery at 32 Church St. to show off available unit floor plans and finishes.

Developers Urban Spaces of Cambridge and Diamond Sinacori acquired the former Salem District Courthouse property from the Salem Redevelopment Authority in November 2018. Completion of the new building is scheduled for mid-2021.

The complex will be Salem’s first concierge building and offer such amenities as a roof terrace, club room, fitness studio and underground garaged parking.
