Newton’s Diversified Project Management Inc. (DPM) has completed an extensive construction and relocation project for Robeco Investment Management.

Robeco Investment Management, a global asset management firm, relocated its downtown Boston office to 31,210 square feet of space on the 30th floor at One Beacon St. DPM managed the activities of the architect and engineering teams and developed cost data in order to complete test fits and budget data for the initial "stay vs. go" analysis, according to a statement.

Diversified subsequently provided full project management services, including construction administration, FF&E coordination and move planning. The new space houses approximately 70 positions and consists of a communication room, conference space, kitchen and primarily hard wall offices. In addition, there are multiple trading desks and a "research room" where investors can gather to strategize and complete other work.

"I couldn’t have done this project successfully without [DPM]," said Robeco CFO Matt Davis. "As I was an out of town lead on this project, DPM was able to be my eyes, ears and arms on the ground while effectively guiding us every step of the way."
