DPM Facilitates Move Of KIPP Academy Into New Lynn Facility

KIPP Exterior Diversified Project Management (DPM) recently completed the relocation of KIPP Academy Lynn, a public charter school, into its newly constructed facility on High Rock Street in Lynn.

DPM provided coordination and move management services to assist with the procurement and installation of new furniture, fixtures and equipment and coordination of the relocation to the new facility. DPM developed and implemented a program for the reuse of existing furniture as an additional cost-savings measure.

KIPP’s new 68,000-square-foot building houses its existing middle school and high school, serving 660 students. The school, when at full capacity in school year 2014 and 2015, will serve 850 students.

DPM has recently managed similar projects for Rochester Memorial School and Hanover High School.
