Diversified Project Management Inc. (DPM) of Newton has been hired to assist New England Institute of Technology (New England Tech) with its relocation to a new campus.

New England Tech has hired DPM to assist with the first phase of an extensive relocation into a new three-floor, 265,000-square-foot facility on Division Road in East Greenwich, R.I. New England Tech is renovating the newly acquired building, which was originally built as corporate office space, to suit their needs as an educational institution. The first phase is scheduled to be completed in the fall.

Diversified is providing full relocation management services which involves the overall relocation schedule, bidding, ordering, delivery and installation of furniture and mover selection.

"We are excited to work with New England Tech as they expand and improve their facility," said Bob Keeley, president of DPM. "We are pleased to add them to our growing list of Rhode Island clients and look forward to collaborating with their team on a successful project."
