Lapels, a franchise dry cleaning chain, has leased 1,247 square feet at the The Residences at Munroe Place at 1205 Hancock St. in Quincy Center. 

Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for Quincy-based The Grossman Cos., Inc., represented the landlord and procured the tenant.

The retail shops are on the street level of Munroe Place, a 111-unit luxury apartment building adjacent to the MBTA’s Quincy Center Red Line and Commuter Rail station, near the Quincy Center revitalization project.

A unit of 1,428 square feet remains available for lease in the building.
