Boston-based mortgage banking firm EagleBridge Capital has arranged construction and permanent mortgage financing in the amount of $825,000 for Williamstown Plaza located in Williamstown.
The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principals Ted M. Sidel and Brian D. Sheehan, who said the loan was provided by a regional thrift institution.
Williamstown Plaza is located at 384 Main St., Route 2.
The site formally was the location of Alcaro Car Rental and Leasing. The project included the renovation of an existing 2,600-square-foot building to which 6,300 square feet of new retail and professional space was added.
The roster of tenants includes Subway, Royal Cleaners and Wash & WiFi Laundry.
