Boston-based EagleBridge Capital has arranged an $11.1 million construction and permanent mortgage financing for a medical administration building in Connecticut.
The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principals Ted Sidel and Brian Sheehan with a regional financial institution on behalf of its client, The Keystone Cos. of Simsbury, Conn.
The five-story, 57,753-square-foot building, located at 103 Woodland St. in Hartford, Conn., is leased to St. Francis Hospital Medical Center on a long term basis. It will house administrative, IT and finance offices.
