10 Latti Farm Road, Millbury EagleBridge Capital has arranged $3.5 million in acquisition/permanent mortgage financing for a 31,340-square-foot warehouse/distribution building in Millbury.

The property, at 10 Latti Farm Road, is being redeveloped by Campanelli Cos. The building, constructed in 1999, contains 3,000 square feet of office space and 28,400 square feet of warehouse/distribution space.

The mortgage financing was arranged by EagleBridge principals Ted. M. Sidel and Brian D. Sheehan who stated that the loan was provided by a leading commercial bank.

"We are very pleased to once again be involved in a financing on behalf of the Campanelli Cos. Even in today’s challenging economic environment, financing is available for well conceived high quality projects like this," Sidel and Sheehan said in a joint statement. "Millbury is the third warehouse /distribution building for which we have been involved in mortgage financing on behalf of Campanelli Cos. in the past 12 months."

Campanelli Cos. was represented in the purchase by Peter Brown, director, and the seller was represented by Jason Madden and Michael Chapin of the Madden Group LLC.
