EagleBridge Capital has arranged $6.24 million in permanent mortgage financing for the Verizon facility at 173 Boston St. in Dorchester.
The facility is leased to Verizon New England which has been a tenant at the 56,870-square-foot complex for more than 38 years.
Verizon occupies a mix of office and service space, including a carport and a warehouse building with multiple drive-in doors. The buildings contain 20,000 square feet of office space.
Financing was arranged by EagleBridge principals Ted Sidel and Brian Sheehan.
Boston-based EagleBridge is a mortgage banking firm that arranges debt and equity financing, as well as joint ventures for industrial, office and other commercial properties.
