East Cambridge Savings Bank has hired Lisa Scopa and Donald Wallaga.

Scopa joined the bank’s retail banking team as a business development sales manager. She has 22 years of banking experience, in which she has held various management roles in retail banking. Prior to joining East Cambridge Savings Bank, Scopa was an assistant vice president and branch manager.

Wallaga joined the bank’s accounting team as the controller. He has 29 years of banking experience, in which he has held various roles in accounting. Prior to joining East Cambridge Savings Bank, Wallaga served as a vice president and treasurer at a local bank. He has also served as assistant controller, assistant vice president and assistant comptroller.
