East Cambridge Savings Bank has added three new executives. 

Stephen DeCesare has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lending. Laura J. Berg has joined the bank’s lending team as vice president, lending operations. Todd Goldstein has joined the Bank as vice president of marketing.

Prior to joining East Cambridge Savings Bank, DeCesare served as vice president, commercial loan officer at Central Co-Operative Bank; vice president, commercial loan officer at Needham Bank; vice president, commercial loan officer at Eastern Bank; and president, CEO, treasurer, and director at Sharon Co-Operative Bank.

Berg has over 36 years of experience in retail lending. Prior to joining East Cambridge Savings Bank, Berg served as vice president, senior loan officer at Stoneham Savings Bank.

Goldstein has over 20 years of experience in marketing. Prior to joining East Cambridge Savings Bank, Goldstein served as vice president, senior marketing officer at Stoneham Savings Bank; and vice president, director of marketing at Medford Co-Operative Bank.
