East Cambridge Savings Bank Promotes Palmer, Chomko

East Cambridge Savings Bank promoted Lawrence Palmer and Noreen Chomko.

Palmer is now vice president of information technology. Palmer first joined East Cambridge Savings Bank as IT manager in 2007 and became assistant vice president in 2011. Prior to joining the bank, he held various IT management positions.

Chomko has been named assistant vice president of loan origination. She joined East Cambridge Savings Bank in 2013 and has more than 27 years of banking experience, holding senior management positions.
