New England Patriots defensive tackle Vince Wilfork has teamed with Eastern Bank for a second consecutive year to promote its holiday Toys for Tots collection campaign.
Beginning today until Dec. 14, all 98 Eastern Bank retail offices will serve as official toy drop off locations. The campaign is run in partnership with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve’s Toys for Tots program.
"It’s a real pleasure to work again with Eastern Bank and Toys for Tots for such a great cause," Wilfork said in a statement. "I encourage all of my fans to visit an Eastern Bank branch and donate a toy – no gift is too small or too large."
Every Eastern Bank office features a life-sized poster of Wilfork standing with a teddy bear. The public is encouraged to take a photo in front of the poster and Tweet it to @wilfork75 using the hashtag #EasternBankToys. Wilfork will retweet photos sent his way with the hashtag. Additionally, anyone may post a photo to Eastern Bank’s Facebook page with the hashtag #EasternBankToys.
