Peter Stankard recently joined the estimating department at Newton-based Elaine Construction Co.

Stankard previously worked at Shawmut Design and Construction and, Spaulding & Slye. He holds a bachelor’s degree in construction engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston.
