Michael Eldredge has joined Springfield-based MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division as vice president, investment management. He reports to Eric Wietsma, corporate vice president and head of investment services for MassMutual’s Retirement Services Division. In his new role, Eldredge will oversee the division’s investment research and management functions for MassMutual’s Select and Premier mutual fund families. He will also "manage the relationship with the two independent boards of trustees that oversee these fund families on investment management and performance evaluations with the sub-advisers," the company said. Eldredge brings more than 20 years of investment management experience to his new role. He was most recently vice president, fund strategy and due diligence, for ING U.S. Financial Services in Hartford, Conn.
