Electronics manufacturer NEO Tech has acquired a Westborough complex for $10 million.
Wells Fargo provided $7.5 million in mortgage financing.
The 198,000-square-foot complex on 25 acres at 125 Fisher St. includes 30,000 square feet of office space along with manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Kevin Hanna and Brian Collins represented NEO Tech in the transaction. Jim Umphrey and Don Mancini of Keller & Sadowsky and Paul Leone and John Lashar of Transwestern represented seller Rand-Whitney.
Chatsworth, California-based NEO Tech manufactures components used in the medical, defense, aerospace and industrial markets.
