Fresno, Calif.-based Electronics Recyclers International (ERI) recently leased 100,000 square feet at 89 Cross St. in Holliston.
Boston-based commercial real estate firm NAI Hunneman’s industrial team of Cathy Minnerly, Mike DiGiano, David Gilkie, Michael McCarthy and Neil Sogard represented ERI in the transaction, according to a statement. Chris Tosti of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Brea, Calif.-based Dennison Manufacturing Co.
"ERI retained NAI Hunneman to find a state-of-the-art recycling space in a Massachusetts location that could serve the firm’s customer base in Massachusetts as well as developing markets in Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York," said NAI Hunneman Executive Vice President Mike DiGiano. "This facility exceeded ERI’s technical specifications and met all location and financial criteria including a lease rate was among the lowest in that market."
