George C. Eliades Jr. and Armand Mercier have been appointed to Lowell’s Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union’s board of directors.
Eliades, of Lowell, will serve as vice chairman of the board. He has been a credit union board member since 1988 and has practiced law in Lowell for more than 30 years.
Mercier was appointed as the chairman of the credit committee. He has been a credit union board member since 1987 and is the retired president of Mercer Realty Co. He is also the former Mayor of Lowell and a former Lowell City Councilor.
