Empirix, a mobile broadband and IP communications company, has renewed its lease for 51,115 square feet of office and lab space at the Crosby Corporate Center in Bedford for an additional two years.
"This particular space configuration and structure of the transaction was a good fit for Empirix’s current real estate requirements," said Raymond DeZenzo, CFO of Empirix.
Empirix was represented by Lenny Owens of Boston-based McCall & Almy in the lease transaction, according to a statement. The landlord, RREEF Asset Management, was represented by Richard Ruggiero and Torin Taylor of Cushman & Wakefield.
"We are pleased to have represented Empirix in their lease negotiations and look forward to assisting them with their future real estate needs," said Lenny Owens, executive vice president at McCall & Almy.
