Boston-based commercial property owner Equity Office was recently honored at The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Building of the Year Awards (TOBY) for operational excellence at its Wellesley Office Park and One Memorial Drive properties.

Wellesley Office Park is comprised of eight buildings totaling more than 641,700 square feet of office space, according to a statement. In 2008, a multi-million dollar renovation restored and re-glazed a number of the building facades and upgraded the lobbies.

This is the second year One Memorial Drive in Cambridge has received the TOBY honor. The building underwent a multi-million dollar lobby renovation in 2008.
