Electric Supply Center (ESC) has leased 135,000 square feet at 205 Wildwood Ave. in Woburn.
The facility, which will open this spring, will be the hub of all delivery orders, receiving and will call pick-ups for the electrical supply distributor.
ESC is headquartered in Burlington and has warehouses in Wakefield and Gloucester, all of which will remain in operation. The new location will allow ESC to provide a larger variety of products.
The Woburn facility contains 12 loading docks and a pick-up area. In a statement, ESC President Larry LaFreniere said the location was chosen because of its proximity to Routes 93 and 128.
CBRE/NE’s Mark Reardon and Jake Borden represented ESC in the transaction with Cushman and Wakefield’s Torin Taylor representing the landlord, Framingham-based Atlantic Management Corp.
