Jeffrey R. Esterkes has been promoted to vice president of Arlington’s Leader Bank.

As vice president, Esterkes will continue to develop and implement financing plans to meet both the short- and long-term needs of each client. Esterkes has been helping families as a senior loan officer with their mortgage requirements for nearly a decade, according to a statement.

"I attribute my success primarily to the experience that I have gained through many years in the mortgage industry," said Esterkes. "Being promoted to vice president at Leader Bank is a great achievement, and I appreciate the opportunity to continue contributing to the company."
