A Canton-based company that specializes in corporate events and concerts will occupy a new industrial development under construction in West Bridgewater.
4Wall Entertainment committed to a full-building lease for 88,200 square feet at 7 Manley St. in West Bridgewater.
The project is the Boston-based Marcus Partners’ fourth industrial development to be fully leased before completion in the past two years.
The property located near Route 24 is scheduled for completion in July.
Marcus Partners currently is focusing on industrial projects in the 250,000-square-foot and under range, Principal Josh Berman said in a statement, in a reflection of current tenant demand.
The West Bridgewater building includes 8,000 square feet of office space, 36-foot clear heights and 12 loading docks, with expansion capacity to 30 docks.
