Everest Institute has extended its lease for 30,000 square feet at 70 Everett Ave. in Chelsea for an additional eight years.
"Everest has been a vital, active member of the community for the past seven years," said Wade Charlton, campus president of Everest Institute – Chelsea. "We look forward to serving career-oriented students in the Chelsea area many years to come."
Everest Institute – Chelsea offers a variety of programs for full-time and part-time students, including dental assistant, massage therapy, medical administrative assistant, medical assistant and medical insurance billing and coding.
"The Everest Institute campus in Chelsea is an important asset for the community," said Anthony J. Simboli, president and founder of The Simboli Properties. "The school currently has over 200 students and employs approximately 40 campus personnel."
Everest Institute has leased the space from Simboli Properties since 2004.
