Excelimmune Relocates To Woburn

12 Cabot Road, new location for biotech firm Excelimmune, which is relocating from Cambridge. Biotech company Excelimmune Inc. recently signed a lease for more than 10,600 square feet at 12 Cabot Road in Woburn.

The property is owned by Cummings Foundation Inc. and managed by Cummings Properties LLC. Excelimmune is relocating to the new facility from Cambridge.

Robb LaBossiere, Cummings Properties’ leasing agent who represented it in the lease transaction with Excelimmune Inc. “The move to Woburn nearly doubles Excelimmune’s previous space, providing plenty of room for the company to expand,” said Cummings Properties’ Leasing Agent Robb LaBossiere.

LaBossiere represented Cummings Properties in the lease negotiations with Excelimmune.
