F-Squared Investments Inc., an SEC-registered investment advisor, has leased a 9,000-square-foot office space at One Newton Executive Park in Newton.

F-Squared will be relocating its headquarters from Wellesley in this 6,000-square-foot lease expansion, according to a statement. The company is expected to move to the new office space in June.

Jim Elcock, John Carroll III and John Dolan of Colliers International represented the landlord, J.F. White Properties Inc., in the lease transaction. Dan Krysiak of Grubb & Ellis Co. represented F-Squared.

"The landlord is in the process of upgrading all common areas and is providing F-Squared with a top-notch product," said Dolan. "Colliers is pleased to have assisted J.F. White Properties and Grubb & Ellis with F-Squared Investments’ new office space."

Newton Executive Park is a 113,000-square-foot, three-building office complex, according to a statement. It features a café with outdoor seating and on-site property management.
