Needham-based Fairway Independent Mortgage is opening a satellite office in Holden, under the direction of Brian Moore.

"I am pleased to welcome Brian and the Holden office to our team," Fairway New England Regional Vice President Amy Tierce said in a statement.  "We are proud of the success Fairway has had in the region and are excited to be able to offer our customer-service focused philosophy to clients in the Worcester area."

Moore will use Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp.’s range of home loan products, including conventional, government and MassHousing.

Fairway Independent Mortgage is backed by Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp., among the top 15 lenders in the country, according to a statement. Including the new Holden office, the company has 20 employees, and closed $250 million in loans in 2011. The Needham location has been the top producing Fairway branch nationwide for the last five years.
