Fallon Ambulance Service has leased 7,500 square feet in Ashland.

The property at 250 Eliot St. is located within Ledgemere Park, a 245,000-square-foot office park off Route 126. Garrett Quinn of Parsons Commercial Group Inc. represented both Fallon Ambulance and the building owner, Ledgemere LLC, in the transaction.

Fallon Ambulance is the largest independently owned ambulance service in Massachusetts.
