Family Dollar has leased 10,302 square feet of space at 20-24 Corinth St. in Boston’s Roslindale neighborhood.

The company signed a 10-year lease plus options, according to Denenberg Realty Advisors of Boston.

The store opened this month.

Neil Denenberg of real estate brokerage firm Denenberg Realty Advisors is the exclusive leasing broker for Family Dollar Stores and also represented the owner, 20-24 Corinth Realty LLC.

"Family Dollar is one of the strongest tenants in the market place today," said Denenberg. "Their desire is to open an additional eight to 10 stores in the Boston area in the near future. Mayor Thomas M. Menino, his staff, and the local Roslindale Village’s Main Streets Group helped us to understand the needs of the neighborhood and streamlined our ability to put forward another valuable retailer to Roslindale Center."
