Brockton Area Multi-Services Inc. (BAMSI) has leased 2,500 square feet at 155 Webster St. in Hanover.

Denece Clinton of Norwell-based Unicorn Realty served as the broker in the lease, according to a statement. BAMSI will operate its family support center, which serves families of children with developmental disabilities, from The Hanover Business Park location.

"We chose this location based on its proximity to the Route 3 corridor and its convenient access for people from Braintree to Plymouth," said Barbara Duffy, vice president of community relations, BAMSI. "And it’s fair to say that our experience working with Denece Clinton and the Unicorn Realty staff has been excellent; there is a real sense of partnership between Unicorn Realty and BAMSI."
