Fanning Joins Citizens Bank

Richard Fanning has joined Citizens Bank’s Dedham office as a mortgage loan officer.

Fanning has been in the mortgage business for 10 years and comes to Citizens Bank from Prospect Mortgage, where he was a senior loan officer, according to a statement.

Fanning will originate a wide range of mortgage programs, including both conventional and government loans, according to a statement. He specializes in financing for higher-end homes and offers jumbo loans that Citizens Bank originates for its portfolio.

"Rich’s years of experience with Realtors, builders and homebuyers are a great asset for Citizens Bank as we work to grow our business in the Boston market," said Jeff Page, sales manager.
