Boston-based Fantini & Gorga recently arranged $2.5 million in permanent financing for an apartment building located in Cambridge.

Casimir Groblewski, senior managing director, led the Fantini & Gorga team along with Jason Cunnane, senior analyst.  They arranged the financing on behalf of 331-331A Harvard Street LLC with RiverSource Life Insurance Co., one of the firm’s correspondent lenders.

The four-story, 26-unit brick building at 331-331A Harvard St. was built in 1918 and has been owned and managed by the sponsor’s family for four generations.  The building was renovated over an extended period of time between 2000 and 2011 and has retained much of its original architectural integrity.  The property is 100 percent occupied.

"We were pleased to secure funds for the sponsor’s multi-generational asset from our correspondent lender," Groblewski said in a statement. "The property’s excellent location, within a short walk to Harvard Square, and with superior access to public transportation, generated strong interest from the market."
