Boston-based Fantini & Gorga recently arranged $6,500,000 in first mortgage financing on behalf of JJD LLC for a 42,973-square-foot, retail condominium unit in Braintree.

The space is located at the crossroads of Route I-93 and Route 3 and is leased to Sports Authority. It is part of the Marketplace at Braintree, a 350,000-square-foot retail center with tenants including K Mart, Best Buy, Staples and Babies R Us.

The Fantini & Gorga team was led by Senior Managing Director Casimir Groblewski and Analyst Despina Hatzipetrou who together arranged the financing with a major Massachusetts-based financial institution.

"We were pleased to assist our client with the refinancing of this attractive and established property," Groblewski said in a statement. "The opportunity drew serious attention from a variety of lenders. In the end, we were able to negotiate the terms and structure that our client sought."
