Fantini & Gorga has arranged $7 million in permanent financing for Countryside Manor Apartments in Lexington.

Casimir Groblewski, senior managing director at Fantini & Gorga, placed the refinancing with a major insurance company based in the Midwest, with Despina Hatzipetrou, analyst, on behalf of real estate company Countryside Manor LLC.

Countryside Manor Apartments is a 51-unit multifamily property located at 425 Woburn St. It consists of two clusters of residences with a total of eight buildings comprised of two- and three-bedroom units, as well as 83 off-street parking spaces.

"We were pleased to deliver a competitive 30-year fixed rate financing for the borrower and to lock in today’s historically low rates," Groblewski said in a statement. "The lender … immediately recognized the sound fundamentals of the property, including historically strong occupancy, an attractive location in a well-respected community and the overall quality of the asset, and consequently bid aggressively on this opportunity."
