Four key promotions have been made at Boston-based real estate investment firm Farley White Interests.
Rita Sheridan has been promoted to vice president of finance, according to a statement. Her previous position was controller. In her new role, Sheridan will be responsible for all finances relating to 27 properties, including accounts receivables and payables, payroll and day-to-day financial operations.
Jim Zolner, Len Briggs and Gloria Selvitella were each promoted to regional vice presidents.
Zolner previously held the position of senior property manager, according to a statement. In his new role, Zolner will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the firm’s downtown Boston buildings.
Briggs also previously held the position of senior property manager. He will now be responsible for managing Lowell’s Wannalancit Mills and the strategic and operational initiatives for the firms Route 3 single tenant net-leased portfolio.
Selvitella, also previously a senior property manager with the firm, has more than 20 years of experience in property management. In her new role, she will be responsible for strategic and operational initiatives for the firm’s seven buildings in New Hampshire and the multi-tenant Billerica and Lexington portfolio.
